What: Trip to Sky Zone
When: Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Leave church at 5:30pm. Jump from 6:30-8. Return ~8:45.
Where: Drop off and pick up at Rose Valley Friends Church, 1437 Rose Valley Road, Kelso, WA
Sky Zone: 5000 E. Fourth Plain BlvdSuite C100, Vancouver, WA 98661
Cost: $28/person or $15 for you and a friend. If you are NOT bringing a friend, please register here and use jump time indicated above.
Bring: If you brought a friend, $15/person for you and a friend(s), $4.88 for “Skysocks” if necessary, plus money for concessions (optional)
ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE THEIR PARENTS SIGN THIS FORM BEFORE DEPARTURE!
